The space

"The Cottage" provides various amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, inviting and comfy gathering spaces, comfortable beds with white cotton bedding, outdoor space with a lot of seating for entertaining, indoor and outdoor games, a hot tub, fire pit, a washer and dryer, a fenced yard, as well as a private driveway and carport.

You will find a place to relax with a living room upstairs and a family room downstairs. Both areas feature extra deep couches, pillows, blankets, and rugs for your comfort! Take advantage of the convenient dry bar and have the perfect combination of comfort and entertainment, also with 65" HDTVs.

The downstairs is especially appealing for group activities - stocked with board games, skee ball, a dedicated arcade room with two upright arcade games and graffiti artwork by a local artist to complete your experience!

Outside you will find the hot tub perfectly lit with café style lights next to a large fire pit with 7 Adirondack chairs. The adjacent patio is spacious with comfy chairs, a coffee table, and a propane barbeque grill.

-Please provide a list of all of the guests staying at this property with their approximate ages, and acknowledgment that the have been given a copy of the House rules and agree to follow them. Each of the guest in your group over is required to agree to the the house rules.

-Lastly, we will need a copy of your ID. A picture sent through the app is the easiest way to provide this.

We pride ourselves on taking care of our guests. One way we do this is by being upfront with expectations.

-You must be at least 25 YEARS OLD to rent this property. ID is required.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. If outside, keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm on WEEKDAYS as the neighbors are not on holiday. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No VISITOR- ONLY confirmed guests are permitted on the premises UNLESS approved in writing. 50/day if not followed.

-No GATHERINGS, No parties, No Events, No hosting meals with family or friends other than confirmed guests UNLESS approved in writing. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No additional overnight guests UNLESS approved in writing. $50/day if not followed.

- NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO E-CIGARETTES. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No Illegal Drugs. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- PARKING: No street parking. Unless you are staying at Studio B, downtown. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

-Please be respectful of our neighbors as this is the area they call home. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean and tidy up. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Please follow the check out procedures, or additional charges will apply. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Check-out is at 10AM. Please let us know if you are checking out early as this helps our cleaning team.

-Please notify us if damage occurs.

-Pets will be charged an additional $30 a day. We cap the fee individually for more extended stays; please ask for a rate if you stay longer than seven days.

- NO PETS in beds or furniture unless you put down your blanket/sheet to protect the furniture and linens.

- You will be required to be with your pets outside at all times.

- You are to clean up after your pets when they go to the potty in the yard.

-Pet cannot be left alone in or outside the rental unless crated. If you need doggie daycare, please ask us for recommendations. We also have a crate available to rent that will fit up to an 80-lb dog.

- Upon check-out, please double-check the yard for your pet's potty.
