Are there restrictions on how often I can use my home?

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?



Rest assured, there's no need to be tied down to a long-term contract with us. We offer a one-year agreement, striking a great balance between commitment and flexibility. This way, we can deliver top-notch services, while you have the chance to assess our performance and make sure it meets your expectations for your vacation rental.

What is full-service property management?



Full-service property management is like having a one-stop solution for taking care of your property. It handles everything, from finding guests and taking care of bookings to keeping the place clean and well-maintained. 

How do I rent one of your properties?



Direct Booking for the Best Experience: We warmly invite you to book directly with us for the best rates and a seamless experience. Simply visit our property pages and fill out the booking request form to get a personalized quote for your chosen dates. We'll be in touch within 24 hours to guide you through the next steps. Once you decide to make those dates yours, we'll send you a secure payment link and a digital rental agreement to complete your reservation effortlessly.

Transparent Pricing: We believe in straightforward pricing. The total cost of your rental includes all fees, and if you're bringing a furry friend, pet fees are included too. A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the remainder due 90 days before your stay.

What is the Minimum Stay Requirement at Your Vacation Rentals?



For most of our properties the standard minimum stay is typically 2 nights. This allows guests to enjoy a relaxing getaway and helps us maintain the high standards of quality and cleanliness you expect from Iconic Vacation Rentals. However, please note that during peak seasons and holidays, we may extend the minimum stay requirement to up to 5 nights to accommodate higher demand and provide a more comprehensive holiday experience. Alpine Manor often has a higher minimum stay due to its exclusive nature and popularity.

What is the Maximum Occupancy for Each Rental Property?



The maximum number of guests for each of our vacation homes can be found on their respective property pages. We strictly adhere to these limits to ensure comfort, safety, and compliance with regulations. Each home is equipped to comfortably accommodate only the number of guests it is listed to sleep.

What are the Accepted Payment Methods?



For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment options including all major credit cards, bank transfers, and checks.

To secure your booking, we require a down payment of 50% along with a completed rental agreement. These can both be conveniently done online. The remaining balance is then due 90 days before your check-in date.

In cases where your booking is made less than 90 days prior to your arrival, we require the full payment and a signed rental agreement at the time of booking.

What is Your Cancellation Policy and Are There Any Fees?



We encourage our guests to consider travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances that might affect their plans. Travel insurance will not only protect your investment in unforeseen circumstances, it can provide peace of mind and alleviate financial burdens in case of unexpected trip cancellations or interruptions. To cancel your booking, please contact us directly as soon as you know you need to cancel. We will guide you through the process and inform you about any applicable refunds based on our cancellation policy.



Full Refund: If you cancel more than 60 days before your scheduled check-in date, you are eligible for a full refund.



Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 30 to 59 days prior to your check-in date will result in a 50% refund of the total booking amount.



Non-Refundable: Any cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.



Convenience Fee: Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 10% convenience fee based on the total booking amount.

Do We Allow Dogs at Our Properties?



Yes, we are happy to welcome dogs at many of our properties! Please check the individual property listings for specific pet policies.

What are the Requirements for Renting?



We have specific age policies in place to ensure a responsible and enjoyable experience for all our guests. The primary renter of any group must be at least 25 years of age, a driver's license is required. Please be aware that we have a strict policy against visitors to the property and hosting events such as prom parties, high school gatherings, or college/MBA parties. These measures help us maintain a certain standard of stay for all our guests and ensure the properties are used responsibly.

What Can I Expect in Terms of Cleaning and Maintenance at Your Properties?



At our properties, we pride ourselves on the high standards of our full-time, dedicated cleaning and maintenance team. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of our property management. We are fully committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Should any issues arise during your stay, our local support team is always on hand to respond swiftly. During Your Stay

What is my check-in time?



Your arrival time is scheduled for 4 PM MST on the day you start your stay. Before your arrival, we'll provide you with a unique code for the front door, along with the property's address. Additionally, you'll receive clear instructions on how to use this code to lock and unlock the door.

What Are the Checkout Time and Procedures?



On your departure day, please be ready to check out by 10am MST. While we want you to enjoy every moment of your stay, we do have a few simple requests to help us prepare for our next guests. We ask that you please wash all dishes and start a load of towels before leaving. These steps are greatly appreciated and help us maintain the high standards of our properties.

What Kind of Amenities Can I Expect in Your Properties?



One great advantage of booking directly with us, the owners, is our dedication to the quality and amenities of our homes. Each property is thoughtfully equipped with premium amenities, carefully chosen to enhance our guests' comfort and enjoyment.

While each property has its unique features, which we detail for our guests, here's a general overview of what you can expect in all our homes:

Inside, you'll find fully-equipped kitchens ready to cater to the maximum capacity of the home. This includes complete sets of place settings and glassware, at least one large coffee maker, a toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher(s), sufficient refrigeration, and a comprehensive collection of pots, pans, and cooking utensils for group meals. For relaxation and comfort, enjoy comfortable mattresses, high-quality linens and towels, complimentary WiFi, smartTV, and an assortment of games, books, and other leisure items to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

Will I have Iconic Vacation Staff support during my stay?



Certainly! Our team of dedicated hospitality professionals is just a text or phone call away throughout your stay with us.
