Located in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains, Sandy is a vibrant and exciting destination. Our home is just a stones-throw away from Little Cottonwood Canyon which is home to Snowbird and Alta Ski Area, Dimple Dell Regional Park which is a hiker’s and cyclist’s paradise, as well as shopping malls and restaurants.

In addition to the unmatched location and spacious accommodations, we offer a range of amenities to enhance your stay. You'll have your own laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer for your convenience. Home includes 1 king bed, 3 queens, 3 twins, and a pack and play for your baby. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more, allowing you the freedom to prepare meals at your leisure. Finally, parking can hold up to 4 cars, and the garage has ski/snowboard racks to store your equipment.

The home has a large fenced-in backyard with a wood-fired pizza oven, as well as a big deck and fire pit—great for families and groups!

We prioritize your safety and ensure professional management of our home. For added security, this property is equipped with exterior security cameras. Please note that occasional visits from landscapers may occur to maintain the property's upkeep.

Additional rules

To maintain the same cleanliness standards in our vacation rental for all guests, whether they come with a pet or not, we have a few additional rules for guests with pets.

-Pets will be charged an additional $80 per stay. We cap the fee individually for longer stays; please ask for a rate if you stay longer than 6 days.

- NO PETS in beds or furniture unless you put down your own blanket/sheet to protect the furniture and linens. We use all white linens.

- You will be required to be with your pets outside at all times.

- You are to clean up after your pets when they go to the potty in the yard. -Pet cannot be left alone in the vacation rental or outside the rental unless crated. If you need doggie daycare, please ask us for recommendations.

- Upon check-out, please double-check the yard for your pet's potty. Please help us ensure that we can welcome pet owners for years to come! Fines of up to $500 could be enforced if all rules are not followed.
