-Lastly, we will need a copy of your ID. A picture sent through the app is the easiest way to provide this.

-You must be at least 25 YEARS OLD to rent this property. ID is required.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. If outside, keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm on WEEKDAYS as the neighbors are not on holiday. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No VISITOR- ONLY confirmed guests are permitted on the premises UNLESS approved in writing. 50/day if not followed.

-No GATHERINGS, No parties, No Events, No hosting meals with family or friends other than confirmed guests UNLESS approved in writing. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No additional overnight guests UNLESS approved in writing. $50/day if not followed.

- NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO E-CIGARETTES. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No Illegal Drugs. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- PARKING: No street parking. Unless you are staying at Studio B, downtown. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

-Please be respectful of our neighbors as this is the area they call home. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean and tidy up. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Please follow the check out procedures, or additional charges will apply. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Check-out is at 10AM. Please let us know if you are checking out early as this helps our cleaning team.

-Please notify us if damage occurs.

To maintain the same cleanliness standards in our vacation rental for all guests, whether they come with a pet or not, we have a few additional rules for guests with pets.

-Pets will be charged an additional $30 a day. We cap the fee individually for longer stays; please ask for a rate if you stay longer than 6 days.

- NO PETS in beds or furniture unless you put down your own blanket/sheet to protect the furniture and linens. We use all white linens.

- You will be required to be with your pets outside at all times.

- You are to clean up after your pets when they go to the potty in the yard.

-Pet cannot be left alone in the vacation rental or outside the rental unless crated. If you need doggie daycare, please ask us for recommendations.

- Upon check-out, please double-check the yard for your pet's potty.
