Guest access

As a guest, you'll have the entire house to yourselves. We will provide an electronic code on the day of your arrival. You will also have access to the two-car garage and three parking spaces on the driveway. You may triple park for up to eight cars if you need more parking spaces. We suggest using GPS as the house is not visible from the main road.

Additional rules

-Lastly, we will need a copy of your ID. A picture sent through the app is the easiest way to provide this.

-No GATHERINGS, No parties, No Events, No hosting meals with family or friends other than confirmed guests UNLESS approved in writing. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No additional overnight guests UNLESS approved in writing. $50/day if not followed.

- NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO E-CIGARETTES. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No Illegal Drugs. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- PARKING: No street parking. Unless you are staying at Studio B, downtown. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

-Please be respectful of our neighbors as this is the area they call home. Up to $500 fine if not followed.
