The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more, allowing you the freedom to prepare gourmet meals at your leisure. Should you need any ingredients, a grocery store is just moments away, ensuring easy access to all your culinary needs.

The living room provides the perfect space to relax and unwind. Enjoy entertainment on the wall-mounted TV with access to Netflix, cozy up by the gas log fireplace, and sink into the comfortable furniture designed for your ultimate comfort.

Guest access

You'll have exclusive use of the entire downstairs area, and ample parking is available under the driveway. The property isn't visible from the road, so we suggest using GPS to locate it. Look for the house number on the light post at the top of the driveway, then drive down the cement driveway to the lowest parking area. There's enough room to turn your vehicle around easily. Your entrance is visible once you've parked, and it's secured with a coded keypad lock. At night, sensor lights will activate as you approach the parking area, driveway, and apartment.

We prioritize your safety and ensure professional management of our home. For added security, this property is equipped with exterior security cameras. Please note that occasional visits from landscapers may occur to maintain the property's upkeep.

Additional rules

Please take a moment to review the HOUSE RULES 🏠 as the SECURITY DEPOSIT 💵 you’ll pay a week in advance is only refundable given that all rules are honored. The amount of the deposit varies depending on length of stay and prior reviews. ⭐️ Within 48 Hours of booking confirmation we will need some more information from you in order to KEEP your booking:

-Please provide a list of all of the guests staying at this property with their approximate ages, and acknowledgment that the have been given a copy of the House rules and agree to follow them. Each of the guest in your group over is required to agree to the the house rules.

-Lastly, we will need a copy of your ID. A picture sent through the app is the easiest way to provide this. We pride ourselves on taking care of our guests. One way we do this is by being upfront with expectations. Please take a moment to review the ‘House Rules’ as we will not honor your reservation if they are not followed and fines will apply. We would truly appreciate it if you can confirm that the house rules have been reviewed and agreed on. Thank you in advance, and we appreciate your cooperation!

-You must be at least 25 YEARS OLD to rent this property. ID is required.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. If outside, keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm on WEEKDAYS as the neighbors are not on holiday. Up to $500 fine if not followed. - No VISITOR- ONLY confirmed guests are permitted on the premises UNLESS approved in writing. 50/day if not followed.

-No GATHERINGS, No parties, No Events, No hosting meals with family or friends other than confirmed guests UNLESS approved in writing. Up to $500 fine if not followed. - No additional overnight guests UNLESS approved in writing. $50/day if not followed.

- NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO E-CIGARETTES. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No Illegal Drugs. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- PARKING: No street parking. Unless you are staying at Studio B, downtown. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

-Please be respectful of our neighbors as this is the area they call home. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean and tidy up. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Please follow the check out procedures, or additional charges will apply. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Check-out is at 10AM. Please let us know if you are checking out early as this helps our cleaning team.
