Located right at the base of the Wasatch Mountains, you'll be close to all four of our world-class ski resorts; Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton! After the days events you can sit and enjoy the spectacular mountain views from the front window!

This space is well-suited to large groups who want to take advantage of the opportunity to connect, work, and recreate together. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, consider this your home-base while you stay in this incredible area known for its world-class skiing, but whether it is winter or summer this area has something for everyone and ‘Sandy Basecamp’ is just the place you’ll need to relax while here! This home offers top-quality bedding for the most comfortable nights. All of the king and queen beds include 600 thread count 100% cotton sheets. Around the house, you will find an open, well-lit home with lots of natural light that features a well-equipped and spacious kitchen that will make you want to dine-in. You will also enjoy a rec room with a ping pong table, and a theater room with a smart projector and chromecast. We have designed this home with the hopes that our guests will be smitten with this "home away from home"!

⭐️ Within 48 Hours of booking confirmation we will need some more information from you in order to KEEP your booking:

-Please provide a list of all of the guests staying at this property with their approximate ages, and acknowledgment that the have been given a copy of the House rules and agree to follow them. Each of the guest in your group over is required to agree to the the house rules.

-Lastly, we will need a copy of your ID. A picture sent through the app is the easiest way to provide this.

We pride ourselves on taking care of our guests. One way we do this is by being upfront with expectations.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. If outside, keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm on WEEKDAYS as the neighbors are not on holiday. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No VISITOR- ONLY confirmed guests are permitted on the premises UNLESS approved in writing. 50/day if not followed.

-No GATHERINGS, No parties, No Events, No hosting meals with family or friends other than confirmed guests UNLESS approved in writing. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No additional overnight guests UNLESS approved in writing. $50/day if not followed.

- NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO E-CIGARETTES. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No Illegal Drugs. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- PARKING: No street parking. Unless you are staying at Studio B, downtown. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

-Please be respectful of our neighbors as this is the area they call home. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean and tidy up. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Check-out is at 10AM. Please let us know if you are checking out early as this helps our cleaning team.
