We are always looking to provide our guests with the best experience in the Salt Lake City Valley! We offer a private two-bedroom, 1,000 sqft daylight basement apartment is ideally located next to 630 acres of running, biking, and walking trails on the north rim of Dimple Dell Regional Park. The park is a unique and picturesque oasis unlike any other in the Salt Lake Valley and is frequented by horseback riders and joggers. This is more than just a place to stay; it is a destination in and of itself!!!

Guest access

You'll have your own off-street parking (maximum 2 vehicles), along with a private entrance. You'll occupy the full 1,000 square feet of the bottom floor of our home, with complete separation from the house above.

This is a walkout daylight basement with direct access to your parking area. No steps, all flat. The yard is fully fenced, but there is a gate on the south side that leads directly out to the walking and running trails of Dimple Dell Regional Park. Watch the riders who frequent the area on horseback, or simply take in the view of Lone Peak, which towers over our backyard at an impressive 11,233 feet above sea level!

This is a quiet family neighborhood and is a perfect place to re-energize your mind, get out and get the blood moving, or simply relax and recharge knowing you're less than 30 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, Vivint Smart Home Arena (home of the Utah Jazz), Temple Square, or the University of Utah.

Driving south you're only 30 miles from Lavell Edwards Stadium (home of the BYU Cougars), or Timpanogos Cave National Monument.

Sandy, Utah was recently named one of Money Magazine's Top 35 Places to live in the United States. We love it here, and we're convinced you will too!

-Lastly, we will need a copy of your ID. A picture sent through the app is the easiest way to provide this.

-You must be at least 25 YEARS OLD to rent this property. ID is required.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. If outside, keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm on WEEKDAYS as the neighbors are not on holiday. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No VISITOR- ONLY confirmed guests are permitted on the premises UNLESS approved in writing. 50/day if not followed.

-No GATHERINGS, No parties, No Events, No hosting meals with family or friends other than confirmed guests UNLESS approved in writing. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No additional overnight guests UNLESS approved in writing. $50/day if not followed.

- NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO E-CIGARETTES. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No Illegal Drugs. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- PARKING: No street parking. Unless you are staying at Studio B, downtown. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

-Please be respectful of our neighbors as this is the area they call home. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean and tidy up. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Please follow the check out procedures, or additional charges will apply. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Check-out is at 10AM. Please let us know if you are checking out early as this helps our cleaning team.

-Please notify us if damage occurs.

-Pets will be charged an additional $30 a day. We cap the fee individually for more extended stays; please ask for a rate if you stay longer than seven days.

- NO PETS in beds or furniture unless you put down your blanket/sheet to protect the furniture and linens.

- You are to clean up after your pets when they go to the potty in the yard.

-Pet cannot be left alone in or outside the rental unless crated. If you need doggie daycare, please ask us for recommendations. We also have a crate available to rent that will fit up to an 80-lb dog.

- Upon check-out, please double-check the yard for your pet's potty.

Best AirBnB ever!! For our ski-loving kids and dad, playful dog, and less-into-skiing, occasionally-working-remotely mom, we could not have dreamed up a more perfect place. There was easy access to Little Cottonwood Canyon, a wealth of gorgeous hiking trails right out the back gate, great restaurants and grocery within an easy drive, comfy bedding, classy decor, huge TV, clean private hot tub and the nicest (but not at all intrusive) family you could imagine in the house above. It snowed 2 feet on our second day in town but our hosts had cleared the driveway before we had eaten breakfast. Truly phenomenal.

15 minutes to Snowbird resort. Such a convenient location to many ski resorts and local spots. Layout of the unit was nice and spacious. Owner provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lots of towels in the baths. Views from the back of the house are amazing. Would definitely stay again.
