-Your itinerary
-Names and approximate ages of every guest
-The number of vehicles and types

We do NOT host birthday parties, gathering parties, or weddings. This property is for reserved guests only. Please review the rules.

Note: There will on occasion be landscapers that come to the property to service the property. ;)

House Rules

Please take a moment to review the HOUSE RULES 🏠 as there may be a SECURITY DEPOSIT 💵 you’ll pay a week in advance is only refundable given that all rules are honored. The deposit amount varies depending on the length of stay and prior reviews. ⭐️ Within 48 Hours of booking confirmation, we will need some more information from you to KEEP your booking: -Please provide a list of all of the guests staying at this property with their approximate ages and acknowledgment that they have been given a copy of the House rules and agree to follow them.

-Please provide a copy of your ID. A picture sent through the app is the easiest way to provide this. We pride ourselves on taking care of our guests. One way we do this is by being upfront with expectations. Please take a moment to review the ‘House Rules’ as we will not honor your reservation if they are not followed, and fines will apply. We would truly appreciate it if you could confirm that the house rules have been reviewed and agreed on. Thank you in advance, and we appreciate your cooperation!

-You must be at least 25 YEARS OLD to rent this property. ID is required. - Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. If outside, keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm on WEEKDAYS as the neighbors are not on holiday. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No VISITOR- ONLY confirmed guests are permitted on the premises UNLESS approved in writing. 50/day if not followed.

-No GATHERINGS, No parties, No Events, No hosting meals with family or friends other than confirmed guests UNLESS approved in writing. Up to $500 fine if not followed. - No additional overnight guests UNLESS approved in writing. $50/day if not followed.

- NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO E-CIGARETTES. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- No Illegal Drugs. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- PARKING: No street parking. Unless you are staying at Aries Haus in Sugarhouse. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

-Please be respectful of our neighbors as this is the area they call home. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean and tidy up. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Please follow the checkout procedures, or additional charges will apply. Up to $500 fine if not followed.

- Check-out is at 10 AM. Please let us know if you are checking out early, as this helps our cleaning team.
